This policy describes how Powell Up (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit powellup.com or subscribe to our email list. If you have questions, contact robert@powellup.com.

What we collect

Newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the time you signed up. We store subscribers in a secure Google Sheet used only for sending the newsletter.
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrers). Plausible is designed to minimize personal data and does not use cookies for tracking in the way traditional ad analytics do.
Contact. If you email us or book a call through our scheduling link, the information you provide is handled according to that service’s policies (for example, your email provider or Calendly).

How we use information

We use subscriber emails only to send the newsletter and related operational messages. We do not sell your email address. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing robert@powellup.com.

Retention

We keep subscriber data while you remain subscribed or as needed to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Plausible’s settings.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
