Content on this site is for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness. Links to third-party tools (for example scheduling or analytics) are subject to those providers’ terms.
Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities for paid work are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement you sign before work begins. If there is a conflict between this page and a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Where we operate outreach on your behalf, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for having a lawful basis to contact recipients. We design workflows to support compliance with applicable rules (including opt-out and identification requirements), but you should seek legal advice for your situation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials we create for you are licensed for your business use as described in your project agreement. Our site content, branding, and pre-existing tools remain ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powell Up is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the twelve months before the claim, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
